Update database import a newer au-towns.sql

Importing drops and rebuilds au_towns inside clicktools_ccm_tools. The file must be in the bundled format — CREATE TABLE au_towns (…); INSERT INTO au_towns VALUES (…); — and any statement that names a different table is refused before a single one runs.
